CLS prides itself on the provision of world class commercial
landscaping services. As part of an ongoing system of
quality development and continuous improvement we are
currently accredited to ISO9002 (2000) and working towards
incorporating elements of the ISO14001 Environmental
Management system into that quality system.
The implementation of ISO9002, in conjunction with a
Total Quality Management system already in existence
at CLS, has contributed to a Quality System which is
customer and performance focused. All employees of CLS
are involved in the Quality System and actively contribute
in the process and business improvement strategies of
the organization.

The
Quality Assurance ISO9002 system at CLS provides
for the delivery of stable and capable services
which ensure that the clients needs and expectations
are met at all times. CLS's commitment to quality
has now focused on the Australian Quality Council's
Award framework and is actively involved in integrating
contemporary quality systems and processes into
the Landscaping industry. It is through the implementation
of such quality principles that CLS has become
benchmark for the development of Quality Management
Systems in the commercial landscaping sector.

Consolidated
Landscape Services and its Bushcare division, Native
Vegetation Services, will continually strive to maintain
and develop our focus markets through the provision
of products and services geared towards meeting the
needs of our customers.
The
products and services will maintain a level of high
quality and consistency through the use of:
- A system of recorded and defined procedures which
are understood by personnel and that are appropriate
to their needs;
- A system of process and performance measurement
indicators designed to monitor performance and provide
targets for improvement.
The
Quality Journey adopted by Consolidated Landscape Services
and its Bushcare division focuses on a drive for continuous
improvement. Improvement projects are team and project
based and involved:
- training personnel in improvement methods and tools
- developing innovative and customer focused solutions
to our problems
This
Quality Policy will be reinforced by displays in the workshop
and in the main office area, and through its inclusion
in the induction process for new employees. The Management
Team will actively encouraged and implement this policy
at all times.
