Situated on the outskirts of Grange Golf Club.
This project features a customised Tower Play Equipment, Junior and Senior play elements, Park Furniture, Picnic Shelter and a specialised Mini-golf green, the Birkdale Reserve upgrade has been designed to highlight its unique location.
As part of the 20/21 AMP playground Renewals CLS worked in part with City of Charles Sturt Landscape Architects in the custom elements of the Mini Golf green including a Lasercut “Birkdale” flag to complement the playspace upgrade.
During construction CLS needed to monitor extended lead-times on equipment deliveries restructure the construction program to maintain a constant flow of work to deliver the project in the required timeframe. The reserve has had positive feedback and has been well received by the community as it brings new elements to the area for families & children to enjoy.
